Summary A compilation of colour amateur home movie material from the 1970s. The film features family outings to Eastbourne beach and Gatwick airport.
Description The film contains footage of the Rose children playing with friends in the quiet street outside their suburban home. This includes a snowball fight and a game of rugby. They also play ball games in the garden where a woman is filmed hanging out the washing. There is also footage of a boys amateur football match, and of family members picking vegetables at an allotment.

Family outings include numerous trips to Eastbourne beach. The family walk along the seafront, feeding the seagulls and skimming stones into the sea. There is also a brief long-shot shot of a fire on Eastbourne Pier. A visit to Gatwick Airport sees the film-maker filming a row of stationary BEA Airtours planes, and several planes landing. Elsewhere the film-maker films a parachute display whereby the parachutists trail coloured smoke as they come into land.
